Use Margdarshak as a public exam-day utility.
These terms cover centre search, public submissions, coordination rooms, Safety SOS, testing APK access, and related product surfaces.
Use rules
Public content can be moderated
Suggestions, rooms, reviews, incidents, and uploads may be limited or removed.
Utility, not guarantee
Routes, centre details, timings, rides, rooms, and public signals can still change in real life.
Eligibility
Use the platform only if you can lawfully consent. If you are under 18, use Margdarshak with parent or guardian involvement where required.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse rooms, rides, comments, suggestions, reviews, or incident uploads to harass, mislead, scam, manipulate, or coordinate harmful activity.
User-generated content
You remain responsible for what you submit. Centre corrections, photos, videos, comments, route notes, and incident details should be accurate and lawful to share.
Content licence
By submitting public content, you grant Margdarshak a non-exclusive licence to host, display, review, moderate, format, and distribute that content within the platform.
Moderation rights
Margdarshak may approve, reject, hide, reorder, suspend, revoke, or remove suggestions, rooms, incidents, comments, reviews, or APK access if misuse or safety risk is detected.
Coordination disclaimer
Rooms, rides, and groups are candidate coordination only. Margdarshak does not operate transport services, verify every participant identity, or guarantee meetup outcomes.
Safety SOS
Safety SOS improves visibility for trusted contacts. It is not a substitute for police, ambulance, or emergency response systems.
APK testing
Direct Android APK builds are pre-release software and may change, break, or behave differently from the eventual Play Store release.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Margdarshak is provided on a best-effort basis and is not liable for indirect loss, missed travel, wrong centre attendance, or third-party conduct.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Patna, Bihar.
